NEW ORLEANS — The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the Division II Academic Teams this week and both of the Cal State Stanislaus men's and women's teams made the list for 2009.

Megan Gonzalez is only 13, but she is still part of the Cal State Stanislaus women's soccer team. The Warriors made Megan, a Waterford seventh-grader, a little sister to the squad -- an honor usually reserved for huge supporters of the team. In this case, it's the team that's the big supporter.
