HIGHSCHOOL: Cunha was the East Yosemite League Champion in the shot put in 2008 and 2009 when she was at Tulare Union High School ... She also was a 2009 female athlete of the year ... Two time thrower MVP ... Senior team captain ... Two time varsity award winner for track & field and a three time varsity award winner for basketball ... For basketball, she was the best offensive player for her team ... Two time team captain ... and recived the MVP award ... Graduated in 2009.

PERSONAL: Cunha is majoring in kinesiology ... She plans to one day become a physical education and health teacher as well as a coach ...
