Gene Oliver was the #1 pitcher on the two-time national championship baseball team in 1976 and 1977. A two-time World Series participant, Gene holds a warrior record of most shutouts in a single season, with four. In 1977, he was chosen all-tournament for the NCAA Division III World Series. This strong Warrior athlete also holds impressive career rankings. Gene was third in ERA (2.66); fifth in wins (19); sixth in innings pitched (220), and sixth in complete games (13).
