TURLOCK, Calif. — For the second time this season, Stanislaus State's
Emmanuel Duran has been named the FloCollege/California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Offensive Player of the Week, following his standout performance in the Warriors' 4–0 home victory over UC Merced on November 6.
Duran helped spark the Warriors' second-half surge, scoring in the 69th minute off a pass from
Gerardo Flores and later assisting
Kenneth Solares on another goal just three minutes later. The two-point outing capped an impressive regular season for the junior midfielder, who now has eight goals, three assists, and 19 points — ranking among the CCAA's top offensive leaders.
Duran's production has also earned him a spot in the Stanislaus State record book. His eight goals this season rank eighth all-time in program history, while his 19 points are the eighth-most in a single season. He joins teammates
Gerardo Flores, who ranks fifth with nine goals and 24 points, and
Samuel Villanueva, who tied the program's single-season assists record with 10.
This marks Duran's second FloCollege/CCAA weekly honor of the season and the sixth time in 2025 that a Warrior has earned either Offensive or Defensive Player of the Week recognition. Duran joins teammates
Gerardo Flores (Offensive POTW, Oct. 20–26),
Christian Brenes (Defensive POTW, Sept. 8–14),
Angel Ruiz-Hernandez (Defensive POTW, Sept. 15–21), and
Ian Reis (Defensive POTW, Oct. 13–19) as Warrior honorees this fall.
Duran has recorded two game-winning goals, posted a .381 shot percentage with 14 shots on goal in 16 matches, and helped lead the No. 3-ranked Warriors to a 14-1-1 overall record and an 8-1-1 mark in CCAA play.
