Lisa Shrock

Coach Shrock is in her first year as the Warrior assistant coach coordinating the sprinting events. 

No stranger to CSU Stanislaus, Shrock was a sprinter for the Warriors from 1991-1992, sharing the women’s 4x100m Relay record until a few years ago. 

Prior to coming to Stanislaus, Shrock coached at Manteca’s Sierra High School where the school won five Sac-Joaquin section titles, while coaching four state meet qualifiers during her 12-year tenure.

In 2007, Shrock was recognized as the State CIF Model Coach of the Year for her coaching successes and contributions to the sport.

 

Shrock earned her bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from CSU Stanislaus in 1995, and a master's degree in Kinesiology from Sacramento State in 2005.  Shrock is also a USATF Level 2 certified coach in sprints/relays /hurdles and a National Level Official.
