Mila Real delivered a historic effort at the UW Invite, breaking a 22-year-old school record in the indoor 400 meters with a time of 55.88. She also recorded the second-fastest 60-meter hurdles time in program history at 9.26. Real’s 400-meter mark provisionally qualified her for the NCAA Indoor Championships and ranks 17th nationally.
