Athletic Training

The Warriors' Sports Medicine Team is collaborative effort of Certified Athletic Trainers and local physicians to access and maintain the health of nearly 250 student athletes.  Athletic trainers are health care professionals recognized by the AMA to evaluate, manage and rehabilitate athletic injuries.  Injuries beyond the scope of athletic trainers are referred to local physicians for further diagnosis and treatment.

The mission on the Warriors' Sports Medicine team is to oversee all aspects of health of the student athletes, provide them with the best possible care and give them a productive and rewarding student athlete experience while completing a degree.
