True Freshman Jack Large batted .571, going 8 for 14. He had two doubles with a homer and drove in eight runs (out of the team's 25) in the series against SF State. He posted a .929 slugging percentage and a .611 on-base percentage. He also walked twice and was hit by a pitch once.
