Stanislaus State Athletics

Each year the CCAA recognizes two student-athletes from each institution who have distinguished themselves in the classroom, the community and in their sports.  Recipients are selected by the Athletics' Staff in consultation with the Faculty Athletics Representative.
 
The award is named after the late Dr. Hal E. Charnofsky, a long time Faculty Athletic Representative from Cal State Dominguez Hills who passed away in 2003.  This year's Dr. Hal E. Charnofsky Award recipients from Stan State are Macky Morris (volleyball) and Kaela Dishion (women's cross country).
