Stanislaus State Athletics

The Stan State Female Freshman Athlete of the Year is Alexis Nino  Nino provisionally qualified for the 2023 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships with her hammer throw of 180-1 at the FPU Sunbird Invitational earlier this season. She is currently 25^th in the nation in the hammer.  Nino earned All-CCAA honors by placing third at the CCAA Track/Field Championships with a throw of 39-1.75 in the shot put.
