Dishion ran a personal best time of 9:36.93 in the 3K to move up to ninth in the nation on the NCAA DII provisional qualifying list for the 2024 NCAA DII National Indoor Championships. With that time she finished 28th in the 3K at the UW Preview and is now fourth on the Warriors' top ten list.
