Dishion broke her teammate’s Najwa Chouati school record in the 5,000-meter run with her personal best time of 16:28.26 at the UW Invitational in Seattle, Wash., this weekend.  With her third-place finish, Dishion provisionally qualified for the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships.  She is currently eighth I the nation in the 5,000-meter.  The senior runner moved into sixth place on the Warrior top ten list in the mile with a time of 4:58.11.
