DR. HAL CHARNOFSKY AWARD
Each year, the Dr. Hal Charnofsky Memorial Award is bestowed upon two student-athletes at each CCAA member institution. Recipients have distinguished themselves in the classroom and in their sport. Each individual is chosen by their athletic department for their efforts as a true student-athlete representing both their school and the CCAA to the highest standards in both athletic and academic performance.

This year's Warrior student-athletes to receive this honor were men's basketball player Jeremiah Jones and women's basketball player Taylor Pilot.

Both Jones and Pilot were named to the 2023-24 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by the College Sports Communicators. They both have been named to the CCAA All-Academic Teams, CCAA Winter Academic Honor Roll, and the Department of Athletics' Honor Roll.

Jones averaged 6.6 points and 2.3 rebounds per game this season for the Warriors. He started in seven of the 26 games he played while recording 21 steals and dishing out 23 assists. Jones shot 74% from the charity stripe.

Pilot dished out 106 assists and recorded 67 steals this season. She averaged 6.5 poin
