Perez keyed the Warriors' sweep of Cal State East Bay on the road in Hayward going 12-for-18 for a .667 batting average, 1.111 slugging percentage, and a .632 on-base percentage.  The senior third baseman drove in nine runs and scored five runs.  He had two doubles and two home runs.  Perez started the weekend going five-for-six, driving in three runs, and scoring three runs in Stan State's 16-8 series opening victory.  He came back in game two going three-for-five with three runs batted in with two home runs.  His two-run home run broke a 6-6 tie in the 5th in which Stan State won 12-8.  Perez in the Warriors' 6-5 night cap victory was two-for-four.  He finished going two-for-three with three runs batted in including a two-out two-run double that broke the 4-4 tie in the sixth as Stan STate won the series finale 6-4.  He is now tied for fourth on Stan State's Top Ten list in the D2ERA with 39 doubles, sixth with 163 hits and seventh with 17 home runs.
