TURLOCK — Three Cal State Stanislaus had at least seven kills apiece, but the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters defeated the Warriors in three, 25-23, 25-20, 25-20, in California Collegiate Athletic Association action Friday night.

Lianne Vicchio had nine kills to lead the Warriors but they dropped to 4-15, 1-8 in the CCAA. Cal State Monterey Bay improved to 6-13 and 2-7 in league play.

Jen Gee added eight kills and eight digs and Angela Ohland chipped in seven kills. Ohland was efficient with 11 attempts and just one error. Megan Loghry added six kills for the Warriors.

Leading the way for Cal State Monterey Bay was Rheann Fall, the team's leading hitter, with nine kills. Rayne Richardson had seven kills while Katie Bos and Dionna Lucas each had 10 digs.

The Warriors will host San Francisco State Saturday night at 7 p.m. in Warrior Arena.
