LOS ANGELES — Playing against its third consecutive nationally-ranked conference team, the Cal State Stanislaus volleyball team was once again over-matched as the Warriors dropped to No. 22 Cal State L.A., 25-12, 25-12, 25-18, Friday night at the Eagles Nest.
Lianne Vicchio had nine kills and
Jen Gee added six but the Warriors fall to 3-12 overall and 0-5 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association.
Megan Britton had nine digs and
Nicki Brown 20 assists to lead the Warriors.
Keslie Brown had 8 kills and 15 assists and Amy McMahon chipped in seven kills and seven aces to lead the Golden Eagles, which improves to 10-2 overall and 3-2 in the CCAA.
Last weekend, Cal State Stanislaus lost to No. 1 Cal State San Bernardino and the then No. 24 Cal Poly Pomona.
