TURLOCK — The 18th-ranked Sonoma State Seawolves spoiled senior night for the Warriors as they defeated Cal State Stanislaus in straight sets, 25-21, 25-18, 25-15, Saturday night in Warrior Arena.
Allyson Sather had 16 kills to lead Sonoma State as SSU improved to 22-6 overall and 14-6 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association.
Lianne Vicchio put away 10 kills with 14 digs to lead Stanislaus as the Warriors finished the home season with 10-18 overall and 4-16 CCAA. The Warriors will finish the 2009 season on the road next weekend with matches at Cal State L.A. and Cal State Dominguez Hills.

Amanda Pielstick, who had 15 digs in her final match at Warrior Arena.
Lauren Charles had 14 digs and Jessica Lehnert picked up 27 assists.
Andrea Fett had nine kills while
Janay Bankston and
Melissa Bishop each had six.
Sonoma State also got 11 kills and 14 digs from Keala Peterson. Five different Seawolves were in double digits in digs with Taylor Krenwinkel leading with 15.
