Lianne Vicchio had 26 kills today as she led the Cal State Stanislaus women's volleyball team to a perfect 2-0 day at the Otter Classic, hosted by Cal State Monterey Bay.
Stanislaus won the battle of the Warriors against William Jessup in three, 25-10, 25-23, 25-18, and beat the Westmont Warriors in four, 30-28, 20-25, 25-14, 25-13.
Vicchio started the day with 12 kills and nine digs plus five aces against William Jessup. She then went on to put away 14 kills with 15 digs in the match against Westmont. She finished the day with 26 kills, 24 digs, seven aces to account for 34 of the team's points.

Jessica Lehner with 61 assists in two matches.
Melissa Bishop had 10 kills in the second match against Westmont, she also recorded five service aces.
Andrea Fett, who had six kills in match two, also picked up 14 digs.
Together, the Stanislaus Warriors were efficient on the day offensively. They posted an attacking percentage of .244 with 80 kills on the day. As a team, the Warriors also had 26 aces and 12 total team blocks.
The CSUS Warriors will face William Jessup again in their home opener on Wednesday, First serve is at 7 p.m. in the Fitzpatrick Arena.
