SAN BERNARDINO — The No. 3 ranked and undefeated Cal State San Bernardino volleyball team was just too strong for the Warriors as the Coyotes won in straight sets, 25-12, 25-18, 25-21.

All-American Samantha Middleborn  led the Coyotes with 14 kills and teammate Priscilla Collings had 10 as CSUSB took care of visiting Cal State Stanislaus for the 21st straight time in a 3-0 win before 370 at Coussoulis Arena on Saturday night.

Melissa Bishop was a bright spot for the Warriors, now 6-4, 2-4 in the CCAA, had 11 kills on 16 attempts with just one error for a .625 attacking percentage. However, in a rare occassion, Lianne Vicchio did not have a double-double with five kills and eight digs.

Jennifer Marsh also had five kills and Madison Moss also picked up eight digs to pace Cal State Stanislaus.

The Coyotes are now 11-0 overall and 6-0 in the CCAA and extended their home winning streak to 54 consecutive victories and 37 straight conference wins at Coussoulis Arena.
