Series Notes vs. Cal State Dominguez Hills: The Warriors have a two-match winning streak against Cal State Dominguez Hills after the Toros dominated the series prior to 2010. CSUDH leads the all-time mark 17-2. Last year in Carson, Stanislaus upset the 14th ranked Toros, 3-1.
Series Notes vs. Cal State L.A.: Cal State L.A. is 4-0-2 against Cal State Stanislaus since 2007 but the Warriors lead 10-7-2 all-time. The last time the Warriors were victorious against the Golden Eagles was a 1-0 win in Los Angeles in 2006. Last season, the teams tied 1-1 in L.A.
Making a Leap: The Warriors debut at No. 25 in the NSCAA/Continental Tire Coaches Poll, when it was release on Aug. 7. The new poll will be out on Sept. 4.
Here She Goes Again: Two-time All-American
Karenee Demery has already scored four goals in two matches this season. Demery scored the season's first goal last Thursday at Saint Martin's and recorded a hat trick in Sunday's 3-0 win at Simon Fraser. It was her second hat trick of her career. She scored three goals last November to help the Warriors win the CCAA Championship.

Two More Shutouts: The Stanislaus defense and goalkeeping has blanked its first two opponents this season. Dating back to last October 9, the Warriors have only allowed five goals in the last 12 matches with seven shutouts (Stanislaus has scored 29 goals during that stretch). Goalie
Millie Brown has moved up to No. 2 all-time with 19 career shutouts.
About Cal State Dominguez Hills (1-0-1, 0-0-0 CCAA): The Toros has already played in two overtime matches. They beat Azusa Pacific, 2-1, in double overtime at home last Thursday and tied at Cal Baptist 1-1. Claudia Toledo scored all three goals for CSUDH. The Toros are ranked No. 10 in the West region.
About Cal State L.A. (1-0-1, 0-0-0 CCAA): Cal State L.A. opened with a 2-2 tie at Dixie State in St. George, Utah before a 2-0 win over Grand Canyon on Saturday, Sept. 1. Heather Williams has a goal and an assist and GK Gabriella Batmani has a 0.90 GAA thus far. The Golden Eagles are ranked No. 5 in the West region.
