ROHNERT PARK — The 13th ranked Sonoma State Seawolves handled the Warriors volleyball team in straight set on Friday, taking the conference match, 25-17, 25-16, 25-9.
The Warriors had four players each with five kills but fell to 4-10 overall and 1-5 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association. Blair Ehrlich, Taylor Massengale, Paige Walker and Christianna Knutson each had five kills. As a team, however, Stanislaus posted a .053 attacking percentage.
Sonoma State, 11-2, 4-1 CCAA, was led by Kelsey Hull's 11 kills and Madelyn Densberger's 10 kills. Hull also had 10 digs and two blocks.
Also contributed for the Warriors were libero Sarah Crowl with 14 digs and defensive specialist Crystal Tillett had 13 digs.
