Box Score HAYWARD — Paige Walker led the Warriors with 8 kills and 13 digs but the Cal State Stanislaus volleyball team dropped a 3-0 match at Cal State East Bay Friday night.

Cal State Stanislaus had beaten the Pioneers on Sept. 20, in four, but was not able to pick up the season series sweep. The Warriors fell to 2-16 overall and 2-12 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association.

The Warriors were looking for a two-match series sweep against at CCAA opponent for the eighth consecutive season before coming up short on the 25-17, 25-17, 25-23 loss at Pioneer Gym Friday night.

Cal State East Bay improved to 6-13 and 3-11 in the CCAA. The Pioneers were led by Amber Hall with 11 kills and Angie Maina had 25 digs.

Sarah Crowl had 11 digs and Jocelyn Cervantes put away six kills to pace the Warriors.

Stanislaus travels to Cal State Monterey Bay Saturday night.
