Home Match Promotions: Tuesday night is Warrior Sport Bag night at Warrior Stadium.

Series Notes: The Warriors are 12-5-3 alltime against Cal State Monterey Bay with five straight wins (and won the last four at home). During the Dana Taylor era, Stanislaus leads the series 6-2-1 ... The only other time the Warriors played Academy of Art was in 2008 in a 1-1 draw on Aug. 28 in San Francisco.

Non-Conference Match: Despite the fact that both teams are in the CCAA, tonight's match is a non-conference contest. The Warriors and the Otters meet again on Sept. 28 in Seaside for a CCAA contest.

Early Season Scorers: Josue Barajas, who scored twice at Simpon, and Manny Villegas each have netted two scores in the first three matches to lead the team … JC All-American Ramiro Ceja netted his first Warrior goal last Tuesday … Jose Acosta got into the action in Saturday's match against Cal Baptist with his first Warrior goal.

Keep on Shootin': Through four matches, the Warriors are  averaging 24 shots (6.5 shots on goal) per game as they have out-paced opponents 96-35. Forty-one of the shots were against Simpson.

Home Cooking? The Warriors are 1-2-0 so far this regular season at home at Warrior Stadium. They were 3-6-0 at home a year ago.

About the Otters: The Otters (1-2-0) have not played since Tuesday, Sept. 9, a 3-2 loss at Fresno Pacific. In common opponent games with the Warriors, CSUMB is 1-1 with a loss against Notre Dame de Namur and a win over Northwest Nazarene … Duce Bell leads the Otters with two of the team's four goals.

About the Urban Knights: Academy (1-3-0) will face Sonoma State on Thursday before hosting the Warriors on Saturday. Art U has lost two straight with setbacks to Chico State, 2-0, and Humboldt State 2-1, last weekend. The Urban Knights beat Cal State East Bay, 4-0, on Sept. 6… Malcolm McLellan and Jake Walter enter the week as team's leading scorers each with two goals … AAU plays its home games all over the city, Saturday's match will be at Boxer Stadium at Balboa Park.
