SAN FRANCISCO —
Blair Ehrlich exploded for 23 kills for one of her best nights as the Stanislaus State volleyball team put-away San Francisco State, 3-1, Tuesday night in San Francisco.
The Warriors snapped a three-game skid with the 25-23, 25-13, 21-25, 25-20 win to improve to 9-4 overall and 3-4 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association. Stanislaus continues to post wins on the road as Tuesday night's victory is the team's eighth away from Fitzpatrick Arena this season.
Stanislaus State swept the season series over SF State as the Warriors beat the Gators in Turlock back on Sept. 15.
Ehrlich had her best match in 10 contests, spiking 23 kills on 56 tries with just two errors for a nice .375 average.
Taylor Massengale added in 12 kills to the cause as the Warriors hit .222 as a team. Ehrlich tied her career best with 26 kills back on Sept. 5 in a five-set thriller over Dominican.

Hailey Gruetzmacher. Four other Warriors were also in double digits in digs to go with great blocking up front. As a team, Stan State had 22 total blocks, four of them solos. Massengale had six assisted blocks and a solo while Ehrlich and
Jocelyn Cervantes each had four block assists.
Maddi Seidl dished 44 assists with 16 digs.
Jaclyn Clark had 21 kills to lead San Francisco State, 4-8 overall and 2-3 in the CCAA.
The Warriors are on the road again this weekend with a single match in Chico on Saturday.
