OAKLAND  – The Warriors swept the Cyclones of Mills College on Sunday as the took it all 7-0. Each match were almost all blowouts as the team only gave up three set points over the day. 

The Warriors are now 3-6 and the Cyclones are 0-8. 

Each doubles team won 6-0 to take down all three doubles teams from the Cyclones. 

At No. 1 singles, Megan Hagerty beat Mills' Ashley Tesmer, 6-0, 6-2. 

At No. 2 singles, Kayla Nguyen finished her match with ease with final scores of 6-0, 6-0. Nguyen was not the only Warriors to win their sets 6-0, 6-0 but Kate Bolton, Karrigan Cook and Tay Cazarin also won their singles matches without giving up any sets. 

Grace Moore won her first match of the season at No. 6 singles as she defeated Rebekah Raymon, 6-1, 6-0. 

The Warriors played a great match against the Cyclones and were able to bring home another win. 

The team will play two matches on Saturday, March 14 against Fresno City College and Modesto Junior College starting with at 10 a.m.
