SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The Warriors finished out the weekend with a clash against the 7-4 Urban Knights for the first time this spring. After battling through a handful of tough singles matches, Annabelle Mulick pulled off the team's sole victory through the duals. Stan State's second win would come by default for Tay Cazarin to leave the final score at 5-2 in Art U's favor.
 
DOUBLES: The #1 and #3 doubles would play out 6-1 and 6-3 to the Urban Knights, as Alyssa Tay/Amber Huk and Cazarin/Kate Bolton couldn't quite turn the tides on Academy of Art's rallies. The #2 doubles match of Mulick/Zuzanna Dziewiecka would go unfinished through five game points.
 
SINGLES: Mulick spearheaded the team's singles victory after going 7-5, 6-4 over her opponent in a closely fought battle at the #4 spot. Bolton found her groove in the second set of play, stretching game points to the best of her ability in the 7-5 final set loss. The team will have a few days to regroup before a quick turnaround home match this Tuesday.
