WARRIORS: Chris Chomyn started his day with a three-over par 75 this morning and came back with an even-par 72 to finish with a three-over par 147 heading into the final round tomorrow. Chomyn sits in seventh place, five strokes behind leader Byungo Lee's (Pepperdine) 142 (even). Four strokes behind Chomyn is
Jack Peters who shot a seven-over par 151 (72-79), which ties him for 15
th place. Playing in his first tournament as a Warrior is sophomore transfer
Ricky Sullivan shot a ten-over par 154 (75-79) which places him in a tie for 18
th place. Two-time All-CCAA honoree
Nate Jetton is tied for 23
rd place with his thirteen-over par 157 (83-74).
Rey Rosas is in 44
th place with his twenty-three over par 167 (84-83).
PLAYING AS INDIVIDUALS: Two Warriors are playing as individuals at the Bill Cullum in junior transfer
Chase Bird and senior
Armaan Sahota. Bird is tied for 29
th place heading into the final round tomorrow with his sixteen-over par 160 (79-81). Sahota shot a nineteen-over par 163 (83-80) to place him in 38
th place.
TEAM SCORES: Four of the six teams playing in the Bill Cullum Invitational are NCAA Division I teams in Weber State, UC Riverside, Southern Utah, and the hosts Cal State Northridge. Stan State and Cal State San Marcos are the two teams from NCAA Division II.
Weber State leads the six-team field with its 593 (+19) followed by UC Riverside's 602 (+26) and Cal State Northridge's 603 (+27). Rounding out the field are Stan State 609 (+33), Southern Utah 623 (+47), and Cal State San Marcos 636 (+60).
TOP TEN INDIVIDUALS: Pepperdine's Byungho Lee and Joshua Koo, who are both playing as individuals, are one-two in the field. Lee shot a two-under par 142 (72-70) and Koo recorded a one-under par 141 (72-71). Rounding out the top five are UC Riverside's Stephen Luo (144-even par), Weber State's Matthew Wilson (144-even par), and UC Riverside's Hartej Grewal (144-even par). Six through ten are 6.) BIRDIES/PARS: The Warrior duo of

Nate Jetton are in the top ten in the field in the amount of birdies and pars they recorded in the first two rounds. Peters had six birdies to go which ties him fourth in the tournament while his 22 pars tie him with Jetton for seventh most. Jetton's five birdies tie him for seventh most in the field.

The Warriors' final tournaments of the fall will be in the State of Hawai'i, the week of October 21. Stan State will participate in the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate, October 21-22, at the Mauna Lani North Golf Course in Waimea, Hawai'i. The Warriors will finish their fall, October 25-26, at the Southwest Airlines HPU Shark Shootout at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Resort in Waikoloa, Hawai'i.
