FIRST QUARTER: Alyssa Premo kicked off scoring for the Warriors with a layup. They kept pace early, responding to Academy of Art's field goals with shots of their own. The Urban Knights began to pull away in the latter half of the period, but Stan State continued to press to ensure they stayed within striking distance.

SECOND QUARTER: The Warriors closed the gap to four points with layups and free throws from Talia Maxwell plus a jumper in the paint from Alyssa Premo. Academy of Art was not interested in letting the Warriors get close, landing jumpers and layups of their own to finish the half with the Warriors trailing by 13.

THIRD QUARTER: Academy of Art's Alba Rovira Ayuso started the second half as the only scorer for the Urban Knights with seven points. Talia Maxwell added points to the board on the side of the Warriors with Da'Myiah Lewis adding a three of her own.
