LEXINGTON, KY.---Â The 2024 American Volleyball Coaches Association/Taraflex Division II Women's Volleyball Poll has revealed that Stan State has been ranked in the top 25 for the first time in program history, landing in 24
th. Ferris State continues to hold the top spot.

Stan State as a team ranks in the top twenty-five nationally in two stats: team total blocks and blocks per set. With the volleyball postseason in full swing, they are 14
th in the nation in blocks per set at 2.55 and 17
th in team total blocks with 268. The Warriors have been in the top twenty-five all season in blocks per set, including starting out as second in the nation after their first four games. Middle blocker
Alex Byrd has climbed to 22
nd in the nation in blocks per set with 1.27.
Three teams from the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) are currently ranked, including Stan State, while two are receiving votes. Cal Poly Pomona has dropped from sixth to 10
th after falling short in the CCAA Tournament. They are followed by San Francisco State who has moved down one spot to 21
st. Cal State Los Angeles and Cal State San Bernardino are receiving votes in that order. The full rankings can be viewed below.

The Warriors are the 2024 CCAA Tournament champions, clinching a spot in the NCAA DII Volleyball West Regionals. As the sixth seed, they play on Thursday, December 5
th, facing the third seed Chaminade, who is ranked 4
th on the AVCA poll.
