11/24/2025 9:41:00 AM

TURLOCK, Calif.---Stan State (1–1) hits the road for the first time this season, traveling to Fresno Pacific for a non-conference matchup on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 3 p.m. The game marks the Warriors' third contest in six days to open the 2025–26 campaign and continues a season-opening five-game road trip before opening CCAA play at Cal Poly Humboldt and Chico State next week.

Warriors Update
Stan State opened the regular season with a 62–60 win over Bushnell and a competitive 75–67 loss to host Jessup at the Bill Holtz Classic. Through two games, the Warriors are averaging 64.5 points per game.
Eryn Gardner leads Stan State with 19.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. She recorded her first double-double as a Warrior at Jessup, finishing with 17 points and 10 rebounds, after coming just one rebound shy of the mark in the season-opening win over Bushnell (22 points, 9 rebounds).

Trio Setting the Tone
The offensive trio of Eryn Gardner, MilaSarai Tau, and Karissa Hukill has been the foundation of Stan State's early-season success, combining for 60 percent of the team's scoring through two games. Gardner's inside-out versatility,

Tau's power and efficiency in the paint, and Hukill's perimeter scoring have given the Warriors a balanced offensive presence. All three have scored in double figures this season, providing consistency and leadership for a lineup that continues to develop rhythm and confidence.

Tau adds 11.0 points per game and provides power in the post, while Hukill (10.0 ppg) hit a season-high 17 points versus Jessup. Quinn Garrett (6.5 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 3.0 apg) continues to steady the backcourt.

The Warriors are forcing 19 turnovers per game and averaging 10 steals, showing early strength on the defensive end. They've also been sharp defending the perimeter, holding opponents to just 35 percent shooting from three-point range through their first two contests.
