TURLOCK, Calif.--- Stan State traveled to Fresno Pacific University this morning, earning a 4-3 victory after battling in the singles.
 
Parker Orlando and Abbigail Mulick were the first court to finish in the doubles, taking the win 6-0. The Warriors were not able to pick up the win on the other two doubles courts, though Annabelle Mulick and Emma Yu battled to a 7-5 loss as the last court to finish.
 
Emma Yu, Maiah White, Abbigail Mulick, and Nicollet Alexander took the four singles points to give Stan State the win. Abbigail Mulick finished on court five first with a 6-0, 6-0 victory, followed by Nicollet Alexander winning her match 6-0, 6-1. Emma Yu was on the third court to finish, closing out a 6-2, 6-2 win. Maiah White was the fifth court to finish, securing the fourth point Stan State needed to win in three sets.
 
UP NEXT: Stan State will face a second Division I opponent this spring when University of Nevada hosts the Warriors in Reno, Nev. on Sunday, March 23^rd at 12:00 p.m.
