SURPRISE, Ariz.--- The Warriors competed in the First Round of PacWest Tournament, facing Metropolitan State University – Denver, taking down the Roadrunners 4-1.
 
Abbigail Mulick and Parker Orlando finished their doubles on court three 6-1 as the first court to finish. With a loss on court two, Annabelle Mulick and Emma Yu clutched a win on court one 7-5 to take the doubles point.
 
Alyssa Tay was on court one, the first court to finish, falling 6-1, 6-1. Maiah White finished next on court four at 6-2, 6-2 to give the Warriors their second point. Abbigial Mulick won her match on court five 6-0, 6-4 to bring Stan State up to three points. Emma Yu won the Warriors' fourth point on court two 6-2, 6-4 to clinch the match.
 
UP NEXT: Stan State faces the one seed, Azusa Pacific, in the quarterfinals tomorrow, April 17^th, at 9:00 a.m. With a loss, they head to the consolation bracket, and with a win, the Warriors advance to the semifinals. Both take place Friday, April 18^th at 9:00 a.m.
