CAL STATE STANISLAUS: 2009 – Stacey Hains pitched 50 innings for the Warriors ... had one start for the season against Chaminade on Apr. 4 ... recorded two saves, at UC San Diego on Mar. 14 and Hawaii Pacific on Apr. 4 ... was 3-4 from the mound with an ERA of 3.50 ...  2008 – Hains was the team’s third pitcher and appeared in eight games … made a start  on Feb. 15 versus Minnesota State-Mankato … pitched six innings on Feb. 1 vs. Cal State San Bernardino. Also had two at-bat on Feb. 1 and walked twice.

Attended Selma HS for from 2002-05... Voted as team’s MVP three times for two different schools... Batted .397 and posted 0.93 ERA for Bears as a junior, earning All-North Sequoia League first-team merit for second straight year … graduated from Fowler High in 2006.

PERSONAL: Hains is majoring in business administration … father, Gary, was her softball coach at Selma HS … her proudest personal accomplishment was earning Sophomore Academic All-Star honor from Fresno Bee ...
