CAL STATE STANISLAUS: 2007 — Tom Long started in 38 of 39 games played for the Warriors … as starting catcher for the Warriors he had 155 put-outs and 32 assists … was fourth on the team in hitting with a .290 average…went 4-for-4 with one run and three RBI against Cal State Dominguez Hills on March 18 … was 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI against Northwest Nazarene on Feb. 17 … was CCAA Player of the Week March 12-18.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Long played for Coach Bob Freschi where he was an All-Bay Valley Conference honorable mention selection ... transfered in 2006 … also spent one season at Ohlone College where he played for Coach Paul Moore ... transfered to Napa Valley College in 2005.
