CAL STATE STANISLAUS: Cherise McNair was among the top cross country runners in the conference this fall … finished11th in 21:34 (6K) … an All-Region runner finishing 14th in 21:17 in Boise … currently holds the CSUS Indoor Track records in 3000m (10:38.82) and 5000m (18:04.61).
UNIVERSITY OF UTAH/MODESTO JC: McNair attended University of Utah in 2006 and Modesto Junior College in 2007, but did not participate in cross country ... transfered in 2007.
HIGH SCHOOL: McNair recieved the MVP and Coaches award while attending Sierra high school ... was a Modesto Bee Athlete of the Year selection ... was announced the All-Around Athlete and Scholar Athlete award winner ... graduated in 2006.
