CAL STATE STANISLAUS: 2008 — Alicia Reid played every day as the starting second baseman in 2008 … batted .243 with 35 hits and drove in 16 runs … also had six stolen bases … had just eight errors … was 2-for-2 and drove in two runs with a home run on May 1 in the CCAA tournament game against Cal State San Bernardino … had three three-hit games … also played basketball at CSUS (2006-07) … appeared in 26 games and averaged 2.9 points and 1.3 rebounds per game … had 27 assists and 11 steals and nine three-pointers.

HIGH SCHOOL: Reid was a two-time softball all-league selection in 2004 and 2005 at Oakdale High School … member of two-time sectional and three-time league championship softball team … was a four-time all-league basketball player and twice made all-league in golf … graduated in 2006.

PERSONAL: Reid is majoring in liberal studies … Alicia Marie Reid, daughter of Corey and Michelle Reid, was born May 10, 1988 in Modesto.
