What is STAN18?   

STAN18 is a group of eighteen sponsors supporting Stan State Athletics.

Membership Details

Financial Commitment: $5,000 donation to seed the Stan State Athletics Endowment.

Term: One year with first right of refusal to repeat in 2027.

Limited Membership: Membership is limited to 18 sponsors.

Golf Event Access

  • Invitation to STAN18 Golf Day @ Del Rio on August 10, 2026

STAN18 sponsor name or logo will appear on:

  • Turlock Independence Day Parade Float on July 3rd
  • Cover page of Turlock & Modesto Direct, reaching 107,800 mailboxes in July
  • Turlock Main Street lamppost banners from July 5 through August 10
  • Stan State Athletics display at La Mo Cafe from July 5 through August 10
  • Full-page ad in the Turlock Journal on August 15

Additional Benefits

  • Ten STAN18 cards providing free admission to all Stan State home games
  • Appreciation dinner to be hosted at a later date by the Stan State President, Athletic Director, and Coaches

     

STAN18 Golf Day @ Del Rio

Two golf tournaments in one day.

100 Holes in One Day

Golfers recruit a minimum of 10 hole sponsors at $100 each and complete 100 holes in one day. This event will be held on the Oak and Bluff courses and will be limited to 36 golfers. The team recruiting the most hole sponsors will win a golf vacation at Pebble Beach Golf Resort.

Team Skins Tournament

Each STAN18 member invites four golfers to compete in an 18-hole team best three-ball format. Teams will be split into Warrior Gold and Warrior Silver flights so every team has a chance to win. This event will be held on the River course and will be limited to 72 golfers.

Prizes valued at $9,600 will be up for grabs. Both tournaments include team trophies, gifts, all-day food and beverages, and a brief awards presentation.

 

Financial Goal

Deposit $100,000 into the Stan State Athletic Endowment each year for the next five years, and raise an additional $50,000 each year to provide immediate support to Stan State student-athletes.
