THE COURSE
The
Kim Duyst Cross Country Invitational will be hosted at the River Oaks Golf Course located at 3441 Golf Links Rd, Ceres CA. 95397. The course will be 100% grass with a small portion on dirt. Course will be 2k loops.

COURSE RESTRICTIONS:
THE COURSE WILL BE CLOSED Friday September 11th. THERE IS NO PRE-MEET PRACTICE WINDOW. TEAMS WHO VIOLATE THIS POLICY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM COMPETITION.
Please explain this policy to ALL of your athletes, coaches, parents, and supporters.
NO SPIKES MAY BE WORN IN HIGH SCHOOL RACE
REGISTRATION AND ENTRY INFORMATION
REGISTRATION:
- Please go to www.directathletics.com between July 19th – September 7th.
- Remember to enter each gender separately.
- Entries may be edited up until the ENTRY DEADLINE on Monday, September 7, 2026 @ 12:00 p.m., PT.
- We will NOT accept entries via telephone, fax or e-mail.
College entries must be done through www.directathletics.com by the published deadlines. High School entries must be done through https://ca.milesplit.com/meets/766962-kim-duyst-twilight-cross-country-invitational-2026 By the published deadlines.
- You are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to print your browser’s entry web page. This is your only official receipt.
ENTRY FEES:
Make checks payable to Stanislaus State University Athletics, or cash at the meet when picking up packet.
College:
Incomplete Teams (4 or Less) - $50.00 Per Athlete • Complete Teams (Minimum 5 Athletes)- $600 per gender
Unattached/Open/Club Athletes - $50 Per Athlete
High School:
Teams - $400 Per school Per gender. Incomplete Teams (4 or Less) - $50.00 Per Athlete • Complete Teams (Minimum 5 Athletes; - $400 per gender.

MEET DAY PROCEDURES
PACKET PICK-UP:
Team Packets will be available beginning at 3:00 PM on race day, The packets will include meet information, final instructions, competition numbers, etc.
RESULTS AND SCORING:
Results will be available at
www.redcaptiming.com
AWARDS:
Awards will be presented to the individual winner in each race, as well as top 10 medals in each race.
PARKING
Parking will be $10 a car, so please encourage your athletes and parents to car pool. Please have cash available.
WHERE TO PARK
Below is a map of River Oaks Golf Course. You will enter in at the normal entrance to the golf course, and then you will exit out at Ceres River Bluff Regional Park. Bus drop off will be in front of the club house, and then they can park over at Ceres River Bluff Regional Park or at any of the local shopping centers.
ADMISSIONS/CONCESSIONS:
No charge for spectators.
Concessions will be available the day of the meet.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Medical/Athletic Trainers: Stanislaus Athletic Trainers will have a training area that will be open one hour before the start of the first race (6:00pm) (for college athletes only)
- Showers: There are NO dressing or shower facilities at the golf course. Meet management encourages all teams to make use of the facilities available at their hotel.
