STAN STATE (SENIOR 2024):  Named to All-CCAA Team....CCAA Pitcher of the Week for his complete game victory over CSUSM (April 27)...He gave up just six hits and one run in that victory...Finished 2-1 with a 3.96 earned run average...Struck out 35 batters and walked 16 in 50 innings of work...Picked up his first win of the season against Cal State East Bay (March 23)...Struck out a season high eight batters in the win over CSUEB (March 23)...(JUNIOR 2023):  Appeared in 20 games and pitched in 28 innings....Had a 1-0 record with one save...Recorded first win as a Warrior in Stan State's 7-6 extra-inning victory over nationally ranked Cal State Monterey Bay (Feb. 26)...First save as a Warrior came in Warriors' 4-2 win at Cal Poly Pomona (April 22)...Struck out 27 batters and walked 18.....Season high ouf four strikeouts against Cal State Los Angeles (March 25)...FRESNO CITY COLLEGE (2021-22):  2022 Highlights:....HAD 13 appearances with four starts...Posted a 4-0 record with a 4.14 earned run average....Pitched in 37 innings, giving up 21 runs (17 earned) and 35 hits...Struck out 35 ans walked 12...Opponents had a .240 batting average and Bertoncini had a 1.27 WHIP....HIGH SCHOOL:  Graduated from Madera South HS in 2018 in Madera, Calif.
