Jason Ingraham, who played shortstop for two seasons at Cal State Stanislaus from 1999-2000, enters his fifth season as an assistant to Kenny Leonesio.
Ingraham’s responsibilities include working with infielders and hitters and handling local high school recruiting.
Prior to coming to CSUS, Ingraham played at Merced College where he earned all-conference and all-Northern California honors as the team’s starting shortstop and closer. Ingraham coached at Ceres High School in 2001, and then moved to Hughson High School for three seasons. While at Hughson, Ingraham worked with the infielders, pitchers and hitters.
Ingraham has also spent recent summers coaching American Legion teams and assisting with the Stanislaus Heat Baseball Club.
Ingraham, originally from Merced, has a bachelor’s degree in physical education from CSUS, and lives in Turlock.
