Clinton Tremelling enters his second season with the Stanislaus State men’s basketball coaching staff. Prior to the 2016-17 season, Tremelling was promoted to full-time assistant coach.
Tremelling played for head coach Larry Reynolds from 2011-15. During that stretch, he was a part of the program which posted 67 wins, making him the winningest player in Stanislaus State’s Division II era. He was a member of the conference tournament championship team in 2013-14. He led the conference in 3-point field goal percentage in 2012-13 and 2013-14.
Tremelling’s duties include on court coaching, recruiting, game scheduling, budget analysis, travel coordination, film breakdown and opponent scouting.
Tremelling has worked numerous summer basketball camps across the country, which includes stops at Cal, Iowa State, Gonzaga, St. John’s, St. Mary’s, Syracuse, and UCONN. He also coached for the California Supreme AAU program.
Tremelling graduated from Stanislaus State in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
