- Had personal best throw of 139-7 at Leopard Invite which he placed second in the discus
- Finished second in shot put at Cal State LA Twilight which he placed second
- Captured the shot put at the Cal Opener

- Transferred to Stan State from Merced College
- 2-time State champion contender
- 2-time team captain
