Holladay was named the interim head coach of the Stan State women’s basketball program in September 2026 after serving as an assistant coach for the Warriors since the summer of 2023.
Holladay returned to her alma mater in 2023 after spending six months as the Director of Storm Nike NV in Reno, Nev., an affiliate of Cal Storm EYBL. In that role, she coached the organization’s 12U and 14U teams and helped develop top middle school talent from the Mountain West Region to compete in premier tournaments on the West Coast.
She also served as the Assistant Director and Head Coach of the Nevada Basketball Academy beginning in 2017. As head coach of the girls’ AAU program in Reno, Holladay coached, trained and developed top high school prospects from throughout Northern Nevada.
Prior to returning to Stan State, Holladay worked in the social services field. From 2019 to 2021, she was a licensed social worker for the Men’s Crossroads Program with Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada. She worked for the Washoe County Department of Juvenile Services from 2018 to 2019. While attending Stan State, Holladay served as a group facilitator for Jessica’s House in Turlock from 2015 to 2017.
A native of Sparks, Nev., Holladay was a member of the Stan State women’s basketball team from 2013-17. She finished her career averaging 8.0 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.3 steals per game.
Holladay is the Warriors’ career leader in starts (105) and games played (109) and ranks third in career minutes played (3,194). She also ranks fifth in career rebounds (661), fifth in assists (236), eighth in blocked shots (53), ninth in steals (140) and 12th in points (867).
