Stanislaus State Athletics

PRIOR TO STAN STATE:  Derf is a senior transfer from San Francisco State University, where she was a member of the Gator women's basketball team during the 2023-24 campaign.  Prior to that, Derf played at San Joaquin Delta College and Solano College.  During the 2019-20 season at Solano, she earned First Team All-Conference honors while averaging 14.1 points per game and shooting 89% from the charity stripe.  She was the team's leading scorer and ranked number one in the state in free throw percentage and number three in the conference in three-point shooting.  She broke the 26-year-old collegiate career record for best free throw percentage while leading Solano JC to a conference title. She graduated from Will C. Wood HS in 2019 where she was First Team all-league.  Derf was a three-time starter while averaging 15.1 points per game and being a high honor student.
