Joe Donahue joined the Warrior coaching staff in February, 2015. He brings more than 30 years of high level coaching experience to Stanislaus State. His primary responsibilities include training the goalkeepers and working with the defenders.
Donahue was the head men’s soccer coach at Monmouth University in New Jersey from 1982 to 1989. He also ran a very successful goalkeeper academy, All-Pro Goalkeepers School, for over a decade. He played his college soccer at East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, Pa.
After moving to Turlock, he spent more than a decade coaching youth soccer locally with Turlock Youth Soccer Association.
Donahue has a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) A license. He resides in Turlock with his wife Gina, who is a faculty member at Stanislaus State.
