Craven comes to the Athletic Department from the Stanislaus State Student Recruitment & Outreach where she traveled throughout the state to recruit future Warriors, particularly in Southern California. Prior to that she worked as a Student Support Specialist and as a School Counselor in Tracy and Patterson school districts. She is also the Assistant Coach at Patterson High School for Girls Varsity Basketball, going on her 5th season with coaching. Shea attended MJC, where she played basketball her sophomore year, then transferred to Stan State where she graduated with her degree in psychology. She also holds a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix.
