Cervantes led Stan State offensively during its two home matches, highlighted by the first two-goal performance of his collegiate career in the Warriors' 3-1 victory over Saint Martin's in Thursday's home opener.

Cervantes broke a scoreless tie at the 62:25 mark to give Stan State a 1-0 lead. After Saint Martin's tied the match and the Warriors regained the lead, Cervantes scored again at the 89:36 mark to secure the 3-1 victory.

He finished the Saint Martin's match with a match-high eight shots, including six on goal. Cervantes finished the two-match week with two goals, four points, 10 shots and six shots on goal as Stan State defeated Saint Martin's and battled Simon Fraser to a 1-1 draw.
