Jackson Oliveira finished second overall and was the top collegiate finisher in the men's 8K at the Kim Duyst Twilight, leading Stan State to a third-place finish and the top NCAA Division II team finish. Oliveira crossed the line in 24:05.5 as the Warriors scored 51 points, finishing just two points behind runner-up CSUN and 10 behind team champion UC Santa Barbara. It marked the second consecutive race that Oliveira has been Stan State's top finisher after placing 11th overall and as the top non-Division I runner at the season-opening USF Invitational. For his performance, he was named the FloCollege/CCAA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
