Gardner batted .545 in the three-game series over Central Washington as the Warriors sweep the Wildcats. He was 6 of 11 with two doubles, a triple, a homer and drove in six runs and scored four times. His slugging percentage was 1.182 and  on base percentage was .615.
 
Gardner had three hits in two of the three games. In the finale, he went 3-for-3 with 4 RBI, coming up just a single shy of hitting for the cycle. He also scored three runs.
