Tanner Gerhart was the first Warrior runner to earn CCAA Newcomer of the Year as he was top newcomer finisher at the CCAA Men's Cross Country Championships on Friday morning in Fresno. Gerhart ran a 24:34.7 to finish in tenth place in the 8K race at Woodward Park to earn All-CCAA honors and lead Stan State to a third place team finish.
